Fluent in both Spanish and English, she is dedicated to providing accessible and empowering services, particularly for Latino families and first-generation Latina women navigating the complexities of identity, trauma, and resilience.
A certified trauma-informed yoga instructor and avid runner, Linda places a strong emphasis on the connection between mind and body in the healing process. She integrates movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to support clients in releasing stored trauma and fostering emotional balance.
